2. What we sell
Personalised phone cases made to order using the design you create in our editor. Availability depends on the combination of case type and phone model. The editor preview shows your design on the selected model. There may be slight colour differences between your screen and the printed product.

3. Your design and content
Before buying, you confirm your design and phone model. Check them carefully, as the case will be made exactly as confirmed.
When you upload photos or text:

  • You confirm that they belong to you or that you have the right to use them.
  • You confirm that they do not infringe third-party rights (image rights, intellectual property or trademarks) and are neither unlawful nor offensive.
  • You authorise us to use them only to make and dispatch your order.

We may refuse or cancel an order whose content breaches these terms, with a full refund.

4. Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown in euros and include VAT.
  • Delivery charges are shown before payment: €3.99 for one case and free for two or more.
  • Payment is made securely through the shop's payment platform.
  • The contract is concluded when you receive the order confirmation email.

5. Production and delivery
Delivery times, destinations and charges are set out in our Shipping policy.

6. Right of withdrawal, defects and warranty
As these are personalised products, there is no right of withdrawal (Article 103.c of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007). If the case is defective or does not match your order, we will replace it or refund you without requiring you to return it. Your statutory conformity guarantee remains unaffected. 7. Privacy
We process your data and photos in accordance with our Privacy policy.

8. Applicable law
These terms do not limit your rights under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence. In the event of a claim, you may bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence.
